WHERE MEMORY BURNS
These works are born from the desire to listen to what is not always spoken: the silences that dwell in the land, the gazes that pierce through time, the gestures of women who have held up the world without making a sound. I paint from an intimate place, where memory blends with ritual, where the ancestral still breathes through braids, embroidered fabrics, and fire. Each face is a root, each body, an of ering.Where memory burns, the faces that must not be forgotten bloom.
